Jim Steger just posted a blog about his experience at CRM Incubation Week last week:

And here, on Microsoft’s CRM Team Blog:

Our first morning in Boston dawned clear and cool.  Perfect weather for the Boston marathan that was to begin in a few hours.  We jumped in our car and headed to the Microsoft Technology Center.

We met some great folks from all over the country – employees of Microsoft, partners of Microsoft, and the 4 other teams we’ll be working alongside this week.  Day 1 was information overload as we learned how to extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Silverlight, custom entities, plug-ins, and other extensions.  By the end of the day, we had a rough draft of our app, and left at 11 pm to head back to our hotel, quite a bit brain drained, but excited about the next day.

Fill the best candidates. Faster.

This application, built on the Microsoft CRM platform, is a powerful tool for recruiters to manage their passive candidates, rank their resumes and candidates, and communicate with everyone who is part of the recruiting process. A target time to fill is built into the application, motivating recruiters to work towards that important goal, and easily directing priorities. As jobs are added, myStaffingCRM leverages its existing database of candidates first, suggesting highly qualified candidates to recruiters from its internal resume pool.
